This is not a correct interpretation. It’s not correct that we seemed to suggest Zimbabwe is a net exporter nothing of this sort was mentioned . Here is the correct position; as was stated, amid shortages, Zimbabwe exports electricity to Zambia and Namibia. It’s also correct.
