Pete Hegseth, Defense Secretary, just announced in Brussels at a press conference that the U.S. isn't prepared to face Russia, particularly at sea. He claims it would take over seven years to build the necessary ships. What the actual fuck is he doing, broadcasting our vulnerabilities to the entire world? @b_vulpes Read the situation by putting tariffs on Taiwan and the subs has been a nothingburger since, to the point that Japan is offering a deal with Australia for sub building and all those bases will mean jack if they are proving to be all talk and no show
