October 29th was one of the two best days in my life. Only tied with the day you finally got here. Since you've been here life has had its ups and downs but you've always been at my side and I wouldn't have it any other way. It may have been in game to celebrate with our friends and a bit cringe but Ill cherish this moment for the rest of my life. I love you with everything I am and ever will be @Skulls_VT and that will never change.

Yup tested while I was streaming today by @MasterMkp and confirmed by our good friend @LeHelvian. From what I understand the damage of the follow up is 500 potency and will scale to 1250 after a 100 chain finish. The list of things chain finish scales grows larger.
As a side note, the hit from Akroselio occurs shortly after pressing the PB button, and it is possible to boost it with Chain Finish. This makes it possible for Gu to use it at the end of a Chain Finish combo even though the Photon Blast itself will not be boosted by Chain Finish

58% don’t play HSR, 1% are bots. HMC defined super break, RMC powercrept bronya and will define more teams as V3 develops. Side note, Hunt 7th is also free and really good. No war, just facts.

I’ll say it’s probably facts that HMC and RMC beat out rover in usability but to say people don’t play HSR because the disagree just comes off as hyper dismissive. This was more likely a combination of Rovers usability right from the start as not only a support but a main DPS and a popularity contest. Trailblazer had 2 very lackluster forms first and now its other two are both just supports, granted they are damn near the best in their respective roles but still support. (Ergo popularity contest) Like havoc rover is a criminally good carry for a MC unit which is very rare in gatchas and recently Spectro rover got a sizable buff to support Spectro teams well too. And as much as I’ll say Trailblazer is probably the funniest MC we have in gatchas right now the story surrounding Rover is just way better at making Rover seem cool and important at ALL times.
