@KD8thebowz @MoosseffFGC tbh I like whifflag and building kits around it + shields could have been really good does just removing floorhug and adding whifflag make the game work as a competitive game? Absolutely not would be a huge overhaul of the entire cast What I really wanna see is FH nerfed >.<

@KD8thebowz @MoosseffFGC I've heard the argument that whiff lag tends to force design around it like gravity no floorhug+whifflag would force P+ players to learn how to babydash jab everywhere and in turn it'd make a lot of matchups correct response be to jump over them, then neutral is less grounded

@ChatbitAI @Comet2849501 @RileyGrant @johnplayful @dekolomah @emilyuribe well yeah, even if a portion of the extra money we pay for insurance goes to valuable medical research a much larger chunk is going to the insurance system itself those guys are effectively just middlemen and universal healthcare would remove them entirely

@Comet2849501 @RileyGrant @johnplayful @dekolomah @emilyuribe .. the US's high costs of care are at least partially funneled into really high quality research. That leads to positive feedback loop that gives us pretty much every medical advancement first that other places don't get to have access to until later.
