I’ll be the first to admit I have no idea what Garcia tweeted but there are felons, women beaters, and rapists allowed to box under WBC. To be banned for tweets is silly.

Like I said in getting tired of being the “inside guy”. Just know that mokaev being released had nothing to do with his fighting style, the fact that he has all these accolades and they are willing to let him walk should tell you something.
Muhammad Mokaev has a 7 win streak, the longest active UFC win streak at Flyweight with 4 finishes & 3 decisions at only 23 years old. Deciding to cut Mokaev after he's so close to the title is such a scumbag move.

Interesting that this is just now being covered, we’ve been using these new gloves all year and they are honestly amazing.
Looks like the UFC will use new gloves on Saturday that try to prevent eye pokes, slightly bending the fingers downward.

Serious question, do people like it when I fighter has a sob story? Contender series tries to present every single fighter as fighting for their life, they also presented me that way on TUF which I disagree with but I’m curious if fans like it.

I’m surprised this doesn’t come up more often. Imagine if the Broncos just decided to have an 80 yard field and had more rushing touchdowns than any other team. Fighting in the apex is a different sport.
That Apex cage is tiny. If wading forward with your guard up and hoping the other guy runs into the fence is your style these might as well be different sports

@BeauBremner Absolutely, being bigger and stronger makes everything you do easier. Banks claim to fame is being able to defeat bigger opponents and it’s honestly your best chance, however I’d still just prefer to be bigger and stronger.

@JackSlackMMA Just being real here but TUF is the only guaranteed way in if you’re willing to do the show part of it. Contender series you get the hardest fight in your division outside the UFC and Dana can still not like your fight and you don’t get signed.

For my avid followers, Alistair got to Vegas halfway through my weight cut and I was finally able to please the demolition man with my abs. 1 bucket list item checked off!.
Saw Alistair for the first time in over a year today. First thing he did was make me take my shirt off to see how my abs are looking. I wish you could have seen his dissatisfaction.
