Lost 1/2 my port to a wallet drain bc of a pf link putting malware on my computer which I think gave them full access. When I noticed it I immediately removed it and started to wipe my computer, but I guess it wasn’t fast enough. They drained the 1st hot wallet since it had eth in it while I was wiping my computer - 6 figs gone When I got the ping of that happening, I asked a friend to send eth to the second hot wallet (positions in that wallet have no gas for opsec), so I could move one of my SPX positions to cold storage. Friend sent me the eth and I as I was trying to send the SPX to my ledger from the metamask app on my phone, I guess the transaction was somehow front run and the hacker sold the position. I tried to send the eth but the hacker sent it first (probably an algo or something no way human speed would beat it) - also 6 figs gone I have no idea how they were able to access my metamask while I was wiping my computer, when unnoticed the malware I did that right away, it was in the process of wiping it and not complete yet when the hacker got both wallets. All I have left is what’s sitting in my ledger. I noticed the hacker sent eth to it but cant approve anything bc my pk is only written down on paper. I want to send the position I have left to a CEX but im scared as fk, can they front run that even tho I have to manually approve it?
