Got a great workout in with some hitting and Speed/agility @ClubhouseBase

Wednesday night we had a good workout for the Jay County Middle School team. Then batting lessons @ThrowbackAthls with Pat.

I spent Monday night @ClubhouseBase working on hitting performance and speed agility. We focused on leg drive, and I achieved a new exit velocity PR of 67.1 MPH on the Hittrax. @topgunfastpitch @CoachBoals7

Tuesdays are for pitching lessons. Spring is coming, I am excited the upcoming Middle School Season. I had a great night at United Pitching Academy working with @coachClark_UPA. I am pushing to be better everyday.

I had such a great time the @IndianaSB camp this past weekend with all of my @topgunfastpitch teammates! We had a awesome pitching session with @ChandaBell2. We had a great hitting session and scrimmages with some talented teams. Thank you @CoachStanton, for all of the great information you shared.
