@HebHammer94 How bad do you have to be to not get a Major league contract for the White Sox, lol?

@Ryblades27 Dave gets destroyed because he gutted the farm, Chaim's focus was rebuilding it, at which he was successful. You have to overlook things for both of them, but each was amazing at one thing

@StaticCity13 @FightinHydrant Barry Bonds created because he did something that was specifically banned. Luke amphetamines, if they weren't....he'd be in the HOF And saying "everybody knows" Ortiz did them is just lazy. Read up on it. That was the entire point of him being absolved

@StaticCity13 @FightinHydrant At the time, amphetamines weren't banned. Big difference there. And David Ortiz was never verified as taking steroids. His name came up, but he passed test after test for the rest of his career. Also a big difference.

@StaticCity13 @FightinHydrant He and the other juicers aren't in the HOF because there was a precedent set for cheaters with Pete Rose Bonds Stans love holding everybody else responsible but him but it's really that simple

These last two off-seasons should be a cautionary tale for any future Boras clients
Pete Alonso is going back to the Mets! It’s a 2-year deal with an opt out, and he’ll make $30 million this year, per @JeffPassan.

@1st_12151791 @JLasagna43 Nomar, yes Ortiz was never proved to have failed a single test.... Zero correlation

@JuicemanJay69 @Big12Bam @FightinHydrant Did you miss the part where I said that Ortiz never failed a single test afterwards, while there's proof of nearly a dozen that Bonds failed? What's the correlation here?

@JuicemanJay69 @Big12Bam @FightinHydrant Incorrect. Manfred himself questioned the validity of the positive test himself due to all the false postives and he never failed one again Make the case for Manny, Clemens, and Nomar all you want but Ortiz was clean

When they make the Pelinka biopic starring Rob Lowe, I hope it begins and ends with the phone call that made this trade possible
