They're a theocracy, yes. They're also not exactly the best observers of free speech. However, what Iran has been able to do, under sanctions and economic blocks, has been nothing short of a miracle. Iran has turned into a quickly growing scientific hub in the middle east.

Do you read the full context? The Trump admin never fully implemented the rule and it covered only very specific circumstances, not all insulin. Biden rescinded it as the rule wasn’t being used at all. Biden then proposes a universal insulin cap versus trumps mediocre one.
