@taku_inohara 欧米は多枝病変が多く、なんらかの原因ですぐトロポニンが上がるのかなと。それでNSTE-ACSが多いのかと。日本はもともと悪くなくて、1枝詰まってSTEMIとなってくる人が多いのかなと思いました。
