Maybe I miss the next game then depending on how hard they pivot against it. No worries, I got other Japanese titles happy to strike a balance of fan-service alongside great gameplay and storytelling. If that's just the direction they want to go absent pressure, power to them.

My favorite part of this is that there is a complete society of people who do not participate in combat. Nobody is forced to serve, it's just that only people who serve get to contribute to politics which I think is a great idea. It's framed as satire but it's a noble society.
