We present to you a new innovative material, locally made, quick to prepare, environmentally friendly, and its stability on fire sites may last up to 7 days in exposed sites directly under the sun without evaporating. This material was invented by the Food and Environment Company for Agriculture (Afco Saudi Arabia) through Engineer Youssef Bandakji and team member Mr. Dhoqan Al-Ruwaili. This material is named (Flexible Water Crystals (FWC) ) It converts water from the liquid form to the crystalline gel formula through pressure treatment and ionic separation of water, which allows it to be reshaped and its hardness increased by cold mixing in less than 10 minutes. Civil defense tanks can be equipped at fire sites or inside the headquarters of civil defense mechanisms. Here we get a new material that is considered a revolution in the field of extinguishing and suppressing fires without any harm to the environment or its users. It can be stored at different temperatures and its validity period lasts a full year. It can be supplied with gas pressure in the event of repeated use, to extinguish most types of fires, whether in forests or inside cities, and to stop the spread and spread of fires, regardless of their type, whether at the local level, as happened in the spread of fires in the Mecca Mountains due to dry grasses or forest fires in the world, and it does not cause any harm to humans, plants or animals. As for the cost of its production and manufacturing, it is considered the least expensive of the materials currently used, and we, the Food and Environment Company for Agriculture (AFCO Saudi Arabia), would like to request joint experiments with the Civil Defense on the material and its approval and grant us the necessary licenses to use it in extinguishing fires, packaging it and distributing it according to your instructions and supervision, and we may reach a strategic partnership with the General Administration of Civil Defense in extinguishing forest fires and others in the rest of the world with the fire extinguishing contracting system under the item (disasters) yellow code.
