Our latest application of GRETTA is out! We dive deep into the genetic network of a cancer-associated gene and show that several network members can be targeted to kill cancer cells. Huge thanks to everyone who contributed to this work! Especially @mmarra0630 and the POG team.
A new study from Dr. @mmarra0630 ‘s lab identifies a potential treatment strategy for cancer patients with KMT2D gene mutations, while offering a technique to find other mutation-specific treatment options in the future. Read the paper in @GenomeMedicine:
