Could not agree more. Personally for me, I wont have my clients invest with sponsors that dont have a long track record with that specific asset class, in that specific market with that specific strategy - this is no time to be the guinea pig
Think what Rich/KD are doing is great, but they are missing the biggest component when it comes to athletes, and that's generating residual income for when the ball stops bouncing.
Getting involved in private equity and vc deals is great but what about the lower tiered earners?

Think on the flip side how many of the multi millionaires/billionaires in this country made their money from the stock market vs real estate - the main difference is that its hard to find the market trading off of fundamentals these days where as thats exactly how CRE is priced

I’ve been on record since last year speaking at conferences say rates will stay high for longer when everyone else was predicting cuts by summer 2023. I would love nothing more than to be wrong but I doubt I will be. They will stay high well into 2025
