#หลิงออม #LingOrm 📣 Hi All, I am LingOrm Harmony, but right now, I’m deeply involved in a major work project, so I haven’t been able to keep up with the #LingOrm trends for a while. To avoid any confusion, I’ll be using the name Yvonne Sam for now. That way, no one will misunderstand why I’m not as active while still using the name LingOrm Harmony. If you come across this post, please know that my heart is still with LingOrm, always. Once I finish this big project, I’ll be back to keeping up with everything like before. Regarding Fashion Week at Paris, I originally planned my leave from March 3-11, 2025, and I’m keeping that plan. I can’t wait to be there and will do my best to boost engagement during that time! ข้อความนี้มันจริงสุดๆ... มันอธิบายวงจรของการเปลี่ยนแปลงตัวเองได้แบบเรียบง่ายแต่โคตรลึกซึ้ง ตอนแรกทุกอย่างเริ่มจาก ความตั้งใจ (intention) แค่คิดว่า “ฉันอยากเป็นแบบนี้” หรือ “ฉันอยากทำสิ่งนี้” แล้วมันค่อย ๆ กลายเป็น พฤติกรรม (behavior) คือเราลงมือทำครั้งแรก อาจจะยังฝืน ๆ อยู่ แต่ถ้าทำซ้ำเรื่อย ๆ มันก็จะกลายเป็น นิสัย (habit) พอทำบ่อย ๆ จนเริ่มชิน มันก็เปลี่ยนเป็น การฝึกฝน (practice) คือไม่ได้แค่ทำเพราะตั้งใจแล้ว แต่ทำเพราะมันเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของเรา พอไปถึงจุดที่ไม่ต้องพยายามแล้ว มันก็จะเป็น ธรรมชาติที่ส��ง (second nature) หรือเรียกง่าย ๆ ว่า “มันเป็นตัวเราไปแล้ว” จนสุดท้าย… มันก็กลายเป็น “ตัวตน” ของเราจริง ๆ อันนี้แหละคือเหตุผลว่าทำไมเราต้องเริ่มจากก้าวเล็ก ๆ แล้วทำซ้ำไปเรื่อย ๆ เพราะทุกอย่างที่เราเป็น มันเริ่มจากการลงมือทำทีละนิด แล้ววันนึงมันจะเป็นเราแบบไม่รู้ตัวเลย.. :))

If a boss is younger than their subordinates, people usually address them with “Khun” (คุณ) + their name as a sign of respect, regardless of whether the subordinate has been in the company longer or not. The same rule applies when the boss is older - they are also addressed as “Khun” + their name, unless they personally prefer to be called “Phi” (พี่) + their name by their team. However, if a boss is younger, it is very rare for subordinates to call them “Nong” (น้อง) + their name, because “Nong” implies a junior or younger sibling, which would not be appropriate in a professional setting. Example Situation Let’s say I’m 35 years old, and I have several younger colleagues in my team. Even though I’m older, I still respectfully call them “Phi + their name” because they joined the company before me. In return, they call me “Khun Sam” (คุณสาม) to show respect for my position as their leader. This highlights how Thai workplace culture prioritizes both age and hierarchy, while still maintaining politeness and respect. 😊
