Actual exercise consumes very little calories in comparison to your natural metabolism so the key it to eat less.

@ObiUzi @cnviolations Yeah I studied chemistry and it absolutely releases chlorine gas wich was used as a chemical weapon during WW1. If you make it you definitely die a very painful death if you inhale too much and if you just inhale just a bit it will still be very painful(I speak from experience).

@narrative_hole Nuclear annihilation, can't have war if there's no-one to fight + fallout would make the area uninhabitable so nobody can move there and start a conflict ever again. Ballistic missiles can travel there in about 40 minutes so there you go, peace in the middle east in 40 minutes.
