During my visit to Japan for #TICAD, I met with Mr. Tsuji Kiyoto, State Minister for Foreign Affairs.We discussed enhancing Algeria-Japan cooperation in tech innovation and investment,and emphasized the importance of bolstering bilateral relations to support development in Africa
