I took time to carefully review that section of the Constitution and Standing Orders, and upon further reflection, I was mistaken and you're indeed correct. As outlined in Standing Order 107(4), the Speaker cannot outrightly suspend an MP beyond a sitting without adhering to the proper procedures, which include a debate and a motion in Parliament. Thanks for calling my attention to that.

Article 112 gives the Speaker of Parliament the authority to maintain order in the House, including disciplinary measures: 112. (1) The Speaker shall have the authority to maintain order in the House and, for that purpose, may, whenever he considers it necessary, call to order any member who is guilty of disorderly conduct, and may order the member to withdraw from the House. Then, there's the Standing Orders of the Parliament. 109. (1) If any member, in the opinion of the Speaker, is guilty of disorderly conduct, the Speaker may, without putting the question, order the member to withdraw from the House for a period not exceeding one sitting day. 110. (1) The Speaker shall call to order any member who, in his opinion, is guilty of disorderly conduct, and may order the member to withdraw from the House for a period of time as the Speaker may determine. 110. (2) If a member refuses to withdraw when ordered by the Speaker, the Speaker may take further action, including suspension or other appropriate sanctions."* These provisions give the Speaker the constitutional and procedural authority to remove MPs from the chamber and suspend them if their conduct is deemed disruptive. They're free to take it to court though.
