Nirvana for me,

I prefer oasis personally but the Brit pop stuff wasn't as genre defining as nirvana

I would start with albums British steel from 1980 and Screaming for vengeance from 1982,
Loads more are excellent but gotta start somewhere,
Would leave Demolition from 2001 last.
