Awful news: Jackson Weller was killed last night. My heart goes out to his family and all the people that was lucky enough to know him. He was relentless in his pursuit to reach his full potential. Jackson was a long time trainee but also a friend. He will be missed dearly.

(T) 97.2mph good session. Over threw some. Felt a little off. Working on getting in sync at higher intensities. I think cutter will work @ full distance. Split change just needs to be down. Will look better at full distance. Main focus was throwing it closer to full speed.

Last night Jayse pitched 6.2 inn 1r 7k 4h and got the win against a stacked 30-0 central AZ team. FB was 88-92 t93 & pitched his ass off. He has improved in all areas, including in game routine & focus that has been helpful being effective later in games.

Jayse has been working his ass off & getting better since day 1. He started with us as a low 80s 155 pitcher w potential. He accepted the challenge & went all in on himself & a longterm development plan. It hasn’t been a linear process but the determination has remained.
