This is a sad day. What an amazing person, I wonder if “Twitch” knew our love for him. Suicidal thoughts are real & the fight is unbearable. I felt this when I was a teenager for many years. Everytime this happens, I hurt for the ones left behind. What a talent. #RIPTwitch

Ever since my mom passed away when I was young, I have had moments where butterflies come hang out for a while. they always remind me of her. Today she visited for a long while!

Just took a walk & for the first time in my life. everyone I passed (from a distance) waved & said hello with big smiles on their face! Even someone raking their leaves, completely stopped raking just to say hi. I hope that when all this is over, this kinda love can continue.

Today is my birthday. When I was 16 my high school teacher told me that Oct 5 is one of the most popular birthdays. b/c 9 months prior is New Years Eve. I will always remember that. 😂.

If you've been wondering why i haven't been on your TV, I was rushed to the ER on Tuesday. All is well now and I'm home resting. Doctors ruled out appendicitis and pancreatitis, they think it was some kind of food born illness. I'll will be back to work in a few days. #TISL.

4 years ago. I became a father. This was the first weekend I got to hold Matthew, who would become 1 of my 2 sons. The other, Alex. #Twins Ages 0- 3 were the hardest so far, age 5 is fun, yet exhausting. #HappyFathersDay to all the dads out there putting in the hard work.

St Louis…in all my years of forecasting here, this has got to be one of the biggest drops I’ve seen.
We go from 86 degrees to a 15 degree wind chill on Wednesday morning. A pretty significant change after the warmest February day on record. #stlwx
