Talking about mental health is terrifying. Talking about about a life that most don't understand is scary. I'm tired of seeing people say it's for mental health but not share their story. I've made my peace. I live quieter and happier now. I still exist, just in a different way

@Tubby_Heroes Honestly for me, with the autonomic nervous system dysfunction, I have a hard time with calcium, magnesium and potassium and have to stay super hydrated and include those minerals. If I don't, it's down hill fast
