@BishStrickland @jetfand So I'm not sure of the context of the original video or reasoning for the re-post comment. I didn't hear anything on the video leading me to believe as he was promoting his life or situation. He was just answering questions that were asked.

@JanetJa55586250 @LeMeTellUSumtin Like I said. It's my speculation. I'm not judging the Pope or the former President. Just sharing my guess on the possible reasoning that occurred. Hope priests serving me Communion don't spend much time wondering if I'm worthy.

@JanetJa55586250 @LeMeTellUSumtin And I speculate that in his audience with Pope Francis an unspoken deal was struck that the Church wouldn't press the issue of pro life (and deny him the Eucharist) if he didn't press the issue of borders and deny migrants haven in U.S.

@LeMeTellUSumtin When I was a boy (1950s-60s), every Sunday Oral Roberts was on television healing people in the name of Jesus. And he always quizzed them about their faith before laying hands on them and/or pushing them backwards in the hands of assistants.

True, timely, and profound
Normalize not responding immediately. Pause. Reflect. Gather more information if possible. Let emotions settle so logic can take the lead. Not everything requires or even deserves a reaction—some things just need time. Give yourself that space. Choose wisely.

@LeMeTellUSumtin About the same time I read Martin Luther's bio and learned his coal miner father wasn't to pleased with him. I coulda been on a dad jag. 😉
