But didn't want it anymore and sold it for $1000. Then changed his mind and got a $100 loan to buy it back for $1100. Then sold it again for $1300. 🤷‍♂️

He had 2000 in his bank account, made +200, so he has 2200 total. Now he lost -100. So he has 2100 total. He 'earned' +100 overall.

@donjonezx @losermike @jenifer39 @InternetH0F Needs more context. He bought for 800, Sold for 1000 = +200 Bought for 1100, so he used HALF of the +200 making it -100. So he has +100 left in actual profit. But he sold it for 1300 = +200 profit. 200+100 So he 'kept' 300. But overall MADE 400.. That's how I see it. 🤷‍♂️
