April 1st 2009 we were unceremoniously fired from our job in SF. My wife was 7 months pregnant and one asshole from the company invented “cause” to prevent me (and me only) from getting any severance. 14 years later and I still would love the chance to shit down his throat.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST: I’m thankful for this nut job. I fought the idea of getting a dog. I didn’t want the responsibility. However, her unconditional love brings me peace and happiness. She knows when she’s needed, and her company calms me. We’re definitely good for each other.

PERSPECTIVE: I started seeing a therapist a little over a year ago. Not a shrink who fixes problems w/ medication. Just someone to sit & listen to me once a week & provide me w/some food for thought. It’s changed my life. I’ve made significant changes. Everyone should try it.

Tonight is the season 4 premiere of Mayans MC on FX. Love the show and was invited to be on the show. Filmed back in Nov, but the scene I was part of was cut during final edits. Either way, it was a great experience. Sorry for the mirror selfie, but it was the best I could do.
