Bradley Beal really landed in Phoenix without publicly saying goodbye and thank you to the fans/org in DC. I gotta admit that’s the kind of low I didn’t see coming from him after 11 years. Let me go delete my damn “Thank you” message.
@LegionHoops
@adinross
So a Laker player admittedly flopping to get an advantage of calls throughout the series. What are you guys even arguing about anymore. Here's the proof.
Hate to see you go out like this BUT it was a privilege watching you play and become a 5x All Star for the Wizards. Real ones know we failed building around you. But those who failed you no longer have jobs in the league either. You always have a home in DC. 💪🏾
#Wallway
Rui had to shine in a Laker uniform for some of y’all to see his value. I don’t wanna hear he got better this is who he always was. He dropped 30 the night before he got traded he just played for the sorry ass Wizards.
I just want to say THANK YOU to Bradley Beal. A man who always puts God first! A true professional, a true hooper, a great family man, great role model to the kids, and a true WIZARD how you finessed us out of the bag (Jk)😂
All jokes aside one of the great Wizards all time!
Fun fact: In 2001 prior to Michael Jordan's meniscus tear the
#Wizards
had a 26-21 record.
Last 20 games pre injury MJ avg 27/6/5
Last 10 games pre injury MJ avg 29/6/6
Wizards were on pace to win 47 games
#1
ranked defense and a 15-1 streak with Jordan and RIP playing together
Wall critics are worse than Beal critics and it’s not even close. Some of you are acting like you’ve suffered personal traumatic events during his time here. The Wizards should call Wall b/c they owe it to themselves not to him or anyone else. This org. needs to prove they can
Will Dawkins mindset is amazing. Creating “what a Washington Wizards player is” is remarkable. A tall player with length. Likes for us to become a tough physical team.
When Sarr hit the floor hard he says “he’ll be aight.”
Absolutely love this guys mindset for our franchise.
One thing for Rui that doesn't get talked about enough is his per 36 Rui this season he is avg'n 18.6/6/2 on 48% shooting. Kuzma is avg'n 21.7/7/4 in 35 min on 45% this season. Rui is putting up starter numbers for any other team w/ Kuz minutes. Don't let them fool you.
The Utah Jazz (36-43) in year one of their rebuild will likely finish with a better record than the Wizards (34-46) and have already won more games in a single season than the Wizards have in 4 years under Tommy Sheppard.
I can tell the national media’s only narrative around this seasons Wizards are the bonehead plays made by Poole and co.
When we win they wont even post us. Bet it.
Some of the worst losses on Wes's watch as a coach so far:
- Blowing a 35-point lead vs. Clippers (largest blown lead in franchise history)
- Losing to the Nets by 42 points (largest defeat in franchise history)
- Nuggets scoring 98 points in the paint (Record)
TRULY MONUMENTAL
"Jordan [Poole] is forever gonna be cherished in the Warriors lore... That's like Steph [Curry] and I's little bro.... Washington got a good one. Future All-Star for sure."
Klay Thompson was sad to see Poole traded to the Wizards 🥲

We’ve found something this game.
No reason why we’re not running the offense through Deni Avdija for the remainder of the season.
Have a career night Deni.
43 points
14 rebounds
3 assists
13/24 FG
6/10 3pt
Johnny Davis lacks an explosive first step:
-Passes up the 3 in attempt to blow by his defender.
-Defender recovers quickly and catches Johnny off guard.
-He looks to pass out instead of pulling up over his defender.
-Passes out and bails.
-Our 10th pick needs work.
Going into his 4th season Deni Avdija will be considered a vet, longest tenured Wizard on this roster along w/ Anthony Gill, and he is only 22 years old.
The Wizards led by 23 points vs the Nets tonight and 20 points vs the Blazers last night.
They lost both games.
They are the 1st team over the last 25 seasons to lose when leading by 20+ points on consecutive days.
No one on ESPN is blaming the Wizards for dealing Beal to the Suns.
“Their main objective was to get off that contract and the NTC and that objective was done. They did not take on any bad contracts in return. That’s a win.”
John Wall's career resume:
- 5x All-Star
- 2017 All-NBA 3rd Team
- 2015 All-Defense 2nd Team
- 2011 NBA All-Rookie 1st Team
- 1st with 750+ AST & 50+ BLK in 1 season
- 1st with 20+ PTS in 1st 2 GP each after 2+ season injury absence
Rui was Tommy's draft pick, and this dude traded his own lottery pick away for an undrafted, and a couple of college G-leaguers. If this isn't proof of a guy not knowing what the hell he's doing I don't know what else you need to see. He doesn't even believe in his own picks!
Poole played some PG tonight and finally got 30 tonight on 26 shots. Who cares about the attempts, Beal used to get it the same way. I don’t want to hear it. I like the fact he had ZERO turnovers in the process. Let’s keep working.
I can’t tell this kid is a rookie. Plays like a vet already and what I’m mostly surprised about is how quickly that jump shot has improved. It’s pure and very reliable. What a special kid Bilal is.
I'm starting to like the idea of reinvented Poole. One thing about this rebuild is Poole is currently under construction here. He's building his new game back up. I'm sure if we support him more, smile at the progress, we'll be proud of the finished product.
Jordan Poole on settling in
“Lot of moving pieces, new team, new situation. Just trying to get acclimated, get comfortable with everybody. Something that needs the be reiterated, it could take all season, it could take 2 years… Each and everyday, just find a way to get better.”
When Rui puts up numbers like this his haters say “yea but…zero assists” just goes to show you the lengths they go to hate. The real ones see your true value Rui.
Deni Avdija usage rating last 5 games 20.5%. Kuz/KP 28%
4-1 record.
Deni Avdija usage rating w/ Bankroll Beal this season 12.5%. Kuz 23%
4-5 record.
My thoughts are if Bankroll sacrifices more of his game for the usage of others, we can sustain this level of success w/ him.
For everyone advocating for Rui to be traded. This is what you get. I thought the return would be MID at the very least? We just gave the Lakers a million dollars to take their trash out.
The Wizards are so bad right now they have the team psychologist on Fox 5 this morning discussing the mental state of the team and how to handle these losses mentally.

The fighting for the brother story line was actually “Kickboxer” but it wouldn’t have been funnier than the “Bloodsport” line. 😆
