PS5 was never 9.2 teraflops at retail. I don't know how or why this keeps being brought up. Mark cerny said it himself. A 10% reduction in power lowered the frequency only a couple of %. 10.28 - 2% frequency equals over 10 teraflops in the worst case.

And that's a wrap! This game took me back to my childhood. One of the best movies ever. And this game was a hell of a lot of fun with some great references. Some questionable diologue and cheesy voice acting, but great fun smashing stuff up 😂.
