Due to rain, today's afterschool Winkley Sock Drive benefiting the Leander ISD PTA Clothes Closet (@lisdptacc) has been canceled. However, we're collecting donations for the Clothes Closet in blue bins on campus throughout the rest of the year!

This Friday night is our Winkley PTA Family STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Math) Night from 6 to 8 pm. It's free, it's open to all grade levels, and we'll have awesome prizes like those pictured below! RSVP to attend:

Earlier this month, second- and third-graders from Winkley competed in a Math Pentathlon tournament against other schools from the Austin area. The Winkley PTA is proud to sponsor these students, who have worked hard and had great attitudes throughout the year!!

At an assembly Friday, we recognized students who participated in Winkley PTA Reflections, a program that encourages students to explore and be involved in the arts. We're so proud of these students for expressing their creativity and passion through this great program!
