Badgers have had the loveliest afternoon visiting and singing for the residents of Acorn Meadow Nursing Home in Lostock Gralam. We also got to meet local MP Esther McVey.

Tonight the children have a competed to see who can create the best costume for a teddy, played a strategy game in teams and had a paper plane competition. They've had their hot chocolate and bedtime story, reflected on the successes of the day and are off to bed. Goodnight!

Jambo! After 24 hours travelling, lugging suitcases, meeting our wonderful link teacher - Faith, being greeted by baboons & zebras, I have arrived safely in Njoro. Settling in for this evening and then straight to Njoro DEB in the morning for a Welcome Assembly. 🇰🇪

4 mile canoe adventure, another first for the school as no group has canoed this far and done abseiling and bushcraft in a day! Super proud of all the children who worked so hard!

What a day we've had in Kenya! We've visited every class in Njoro DEB School (1500 children) and heard some amazing singing. We've also seen the library that Wincham parents helped to set up. A very emotional experience!

Badgers have been having a brilliant time with our Roman visitors this morning. We have learnt a lot, including some Roman games. And to top it off, we just conquered Mr Boot's office. Veni, vidi, vici!
