Anyone have recommendations for someone who will do cement pads for hopper bins in the Southern Ab area, in the Lethbridge-Taber-Brooks area? Or who sells the premade pads that’ll just haul em out and set them down ? I have a couple gm2300s and a couple 1412s I want to relocate

@BDuchek Mines a 680 so not sure what may be different but I wasn’t even going to ask the price. Parts guy tells me outright and doesn’t even ask me to take a seat first! $1400 belt.

@BDuchek Mine had an oil leak and an oil soaked belt with oily sheaves in heavy crop was too much. Slipping caused excessive heat and it just exploded. Hoping it empties rotor out with ease when I flip the switch. Hours not bad! Took me an hour to spread the pulley to clean rubber out

@fullyfarms Perfect I’ll do that. Nothing else worked and I don’t want a flow control valve on one side. The other book is good both directions. This one fold out great so just the in fold side of the ram I’ll try.

@fullyfarms My cylinders have an orifice between the cylinder port and the fitting the hose connects to. I bought a pair of new ones thinking it was wrong size. Parts dept told me this is the only orifice listed. So I go to a hydraulic shop and get a variety of sizes to replace that Oem one?

Any #valley #agsense users having major panel communication loss problems this year? Always had issues but this year just awful. All new batteries. Some have a battery bypass mod (?) and still lose comm. 2-4 a day randomly. Modem upgrade time? #frustrating

@Denny2point0 @cjquaschnick I usually go about 8. Years ago I rented one, the owner stopped by to ask how it’s going. Asked my speed. I said 5, he said pull that prick as fast as your tractor will allow it. You wanna hit a nail 20 little times with a hammer or wail on it once and drive it in.

So far after reading comments and seeing what I can figure out, I can’t adjust flow that I’ve found and It doesn’t give me calibration options, but only to restore to factory defaults. I might use a new orifice to eliminate it being “customized” but why only do one side? Hmmmm…

@ZachVanWesten Bought a reman alternator for the JD and it wouldn’t spin smooth. Rotation or two then catch something inside and get hung up. Had to take it apart and some weird L shaped 1” x1/2” piece of metal fell out … put back together and it works. That’s what today’s quality is I guess.

@swingen_beavers It actually has a brand new and another just about new rear planetary so that’s a plus for it!

@Thacker1Dallas Yep I will be. I’m debating keeping the weights from it, and I need dividers so either keep mine or buy new. It’s got 5000 hrs. Eng rebuilt by p/o but apparently Cervus’ records died with the name, I can’t get the paperwork from Brandt. Long list of new parts. 520s/320s.
