It's normal. PC builds need a longer lead time to test and optimize due to so many hardware configurations as well as seeing if it behaves OK with other software, OS components etc. Consoles are easier in this regard due to milions of people having a ps5/ps5 pro and/or an Xbox Series X|S (possibly switch too), so you have 5 configurations.
