Some users reported that curves in Whiteboard Fox could be 'jagged' on devices with lower graphics capabilities. So we've released a more efficient version which can improve the smoothness of lines.

And if you created the whiteboard you have the option to block a user who is causing problems.

Unfortunately the new version of iOS 17 has a bug which makes easier to reach the browser memory limit in Whiteboard Fox.
Have you tried closing tabs and rebooting your device? If so, for how many minutes can you draw before you see the memory warning message again?

Public usernames are automatically generated by our system, for example 'anon.45c2' or 'user.8202'.
In future we will provide a way for Pro users to choose their own username
