And that’s something many missed in the ending of MHA. It’s a realistic conclusion for a show reflecting a flawed society. Everyone played a part in the long war against All For One. People won’t praise Deku forever; he will be remembered, but it’s not just about him.

Are you dense? The whole series is them basically training. And when they do try to save the world they all got their asses bear by someone who was as strong as all might with no quirks. It quite literally took deku a whole arc of unlocking powers to get on that level.
