@John70660341 Itβs worth noting that I perspired greatly, which coupled with the high flow rate allowed for exceptionally high heat rejection, keeping pace with the meager metabolic rate (due to low physical activity). Also, I was having so much fun that I likely did not notice overheating :P

@Haematinon If weβre thinking about the same people, I donβt think they feel much disgust towards their works. In fact, Iβd say they feel a sense of pride and relief that they are producing means of liberation from what they see as backwards and evil.

@Haematinon Technocrats tend to come from a sense of repugnance towards nature, seeking to control/modify lifeβs outcomes and βlimitationsβ through cybernetics. They see the natural flow of life to be inherently bad, limiting and suffering-inducing, and can be βfixedβ through technology.

@Haematinon Imagine, for example, if every electron sprung from a different truth. Reality would be so chaotic that order would be untenable, and the universe would never form. So too, I say, that all other things - energy, light, matter, love - must spring from its definable truth.
