How To Be Confident In An Interview The best way to build confidence is to do thorough preparations. Remember that everyone competing with you at the interviews is starting from zero and he who prepares the most, stands a chance of being successful. A well-prepared mind will ooze confidence in the interview room. This confidence comes from knowing that you are well prepared and you are ready for any question that comes your way. Well, to be honest, you may not have answers to all the questions asked but if you exude confidence in the ones you know, you will likely overshadow the ones you did not do well. Another way to speak confidently is to treat an interview as a conversation and not an interrogation. Yes, I know, this is easier said than done. But go into the interview room with the mindset that you are going to have a conversation with the interviewers. Now, there is a caution here. I am not suggesting that you act and speak casually and neglect professional mannerisms when talking. Be as professional as you can be when speaking and make sure you speak calmly. Remember to take 2-second silence pauses and reduce the umms and aahs when talking. "He who sweats more in training bleeds less in battle" - George S. Patton Jr

Optimal CV Length While there is no one rule on how long your CV should be, making it short will be a better thing. The strength of a CV is not in how long it is, but rather in how relevant it is to the job being applied for. If your CV is more than 5 pages, you may want to trim it. Yes, there are always exceptions and sometimes you may need more pages. But for most of us, 3 to 4 pages is enough. What are your thoughts on this?
