@KrugAlli There is no approved test for HPV for men (your son). HPV is responsible for 36,000 new cases of cancer a year. The HPV vaccine saves lives & the studies show the best time to vaccinate is 11-12yr old for this particular vaccine.

the HPV vaccine prevents cancer. Its most effective when given earlier in life & multiple studies have shown decreases of ~87-90% in cervical cancer when given early. giving the vaccine later (age ~41) only decreased the rate by 34%. This protects kids from cancer later

@AmyLaskyMD Half the studies I've read on intermittent fasting are just studies on people who sleep more. One cancer paper just used greater than 7 hours of sleep at night as longer fasting. I'm not convinced yet on all health hype. Hadn't thought about it as disordered eating until now.
