The route to recovery entails compounding small improvements that gradually amplify over time. Consistently turning the ratio of good days to bad days in your favour, whilst understanding and accepting that flares may present themselves sporadically. Small, incremental improvements can result in a shift in momentum; especially with the correct treatments and protocols. As I often caveat: recovery isn’t linear, we don’t share identical clinical responses and everyone’s journey is different. These variables must always be considered and acknowledged. For me, once my symptoms were in remission, I noticed my baseline in some areas was higher than before illness - suggesting the condition had been building for much longer. This may be the case with many others. It's about deriving encouragement that even the smallest wins on a micro-scale can ultimately lead to remission and recovery.

@dbdugger @1goodtern Who are these folks you speak of? Are you referring to normal people who experienced symptoms which (seemed) coincide with those conditions, hence ‘drew parallels’? How were they to know if it that is indeed true?

@curemetogether Chiropractors and osteopaths often say it’s bodies response to the initial shock; tends to dissipate after the first session More inflammation may be temporarily invoked. More frequency should in theory reduce this, but everyone is different of course.
