This shot in the first ep of Dungeon Meshi is brilliantly executed. It's is a zoom-in of a wider shot, and they didn't redraw it or upscale the resolution. So it gets this jarring, subtly blurry/shitty sheen to it, so it comes off more like an internet meme.
