@britishmuseum huge thanks to your gate staff for identifying our 10yo with her sunflower lanyard and making our visit so manageable. Quickly escorted through gates, bypassing security tent with lovely security guards checking our bag before going straight in. Thank you!

@EastMidRailway thank you to your amazing employee at St Pancras for supporting us through the busy terminal with our 10yo autistic daughter. The simple act of helping us through the terminal and then barriers made all the difference!
