@Jiikae Thanks! My current goal is to work down to 100kg(220lb) with more lifting and see how I feel & look. It's definitely been fun running with my students and keeping up lol

@Jiikae Dollars to donuts, most people just don't have the motivation to limit the foods they enjoy. Even not-morbidly obese people don't find an enjoyable daily exercise. "Go to the gym" is not always helpful and mean but "Acceptance at any size" it's absolutely not helpful and cruel.

@Jiikae Dieting won't help you lose weight. Running won't help you lose weight. Lifting won't help you lose weight. Doing burpees like a dumb cunt isn't going to help you lose weight. CONSISTENCY in spending more calories than you put into your body will help you lose weight.
