As even your own graphic shows, practically all of those payments go to SpaceX. Since SpaceX is currently the only entity (other than the Russian and Chinese governments) that can put astronauts and payload into space, you should check with NASA and the U.S. military to see if they think those payments are worth it. He's launching stuff into space, not putting on drag shows in Iraq, you fraud.
