@i_iratus Be very wary of the term "free at the point of service" [or access/ delivery/entry]. Technically UK university education is "free at point of entry". Reality is loans that are recouped from earnings as extra "graduate" tax. It wouldn't be a big leap for similar in healthcare.

@LucyGoBag @DrSdeG Because the 2020 dead could be attributed to an external threat/force majeure (pandemic), & could thus be acknowledged. The 2025 dead are the result of internal political failure (funding/structure/policy), which cannot be admitted, therefore they are brushed under the carpet.
