With the second of back-to-backs against the Lagers looming (after losing the first one 4-1), @bradhenderson80 stepped up to pull his team out of the char broiled fire. Arriving 3 hours early to stretch and pre-game visualize, he spurred us to victory with a hat-trick. The King.

We were so bad last week against the Sens that we actually forced Coach @McneilAgostino to create a separate speech for the offence and the defense. He is also using his coach's board in a radically new way. He should hit us over the head with it. We lost 5-0, by the way. Gulp.

Quite the night for @davemcfarlane8 . Not only did he score a pair against the Blues (including the game-tying goal with a minute left), but he also was officially crowned champion of our fantasny football league. Special guest Randy Jones made an appearance, as well.

The kid looks overjoyed. Alex MacLean was able to live out every Charlotte County school boy's dream as he played his first @WaweigWarriors game. The chef's kiss was his first RBHL goal.

It was a great start against the Blues as we jumped out to a 2-0 lead, but we let them tie it up 2-2 by the break. The Blues dominated the first 10 minutes of the second period to lead 4-2, but the comeback kids tied it late for a 4-4 final. Chris England made his season debut.

Better reset your fantasy hockey roster. @TimDavis1313 has been placed on the IR with an upper body issue.

We looked like a team that hadn't played in almost three weeks and did nothing but drink rum and eat turkey and Toblerones. The Sens had a ton of jump and got out to a 5-1 lead. We were better in the second half but dropped our first game of the new year 5-3. #NewMugs #Tits

We lost a tough one to the Alpines last night, 5-3. The play went back and forth until the new look Alpines scored a late shorthanded goal against a woefully undermanned @WaweigWarriors team. @McneilAgostino @HeluvaGood dip and mini donuts were bright spots.

We made it two in a row with a 5-0 win over the Lagers last night. It also saw the return of @craigger09 and an amazing bar-down snipe from @1FGCan. But the Big Mitt went to @JeffMcGinn29 and his giant bottle of Kraken Spiced Rum.

After going winless the past few weeks, it took a goal from @davemcfarlane8 with 4.4 seconds left to beat the Alpines 4-3. We were down 3-1 with under 10 to play but thoughts of eggnog inspired the troops. The lack of nutmeg cast a small shadow on an otherwise glorious night.

Coach @McneilAgostino held our feet to the fire, and we jumped out to a quick 2-0 lead over the Sens, only to see the game tied at halftime. The Senators got a quick goal early in the second half to take the lead, but @davemcfarlane8 played the hero with a late tying goal.

After losing back-to-back games against the Blues and winless in our past five games, your @WaweigWarriors are deep in their mid-season malaise. On the plus side, we've never been better looking.
