The Gardening Club from #WausauSchools John Muir Middle School received a composting machine! 🥦🍓 The composting machine heats and churns the students’ fruit and veggie scraps with bacteria, turning them into nutrient-rich soil. Thank you to the Reencle Company!

A Wisconsin Agriculture in the Classroom educator rang in the New Year with fifth graders from #WausauSchools Lincoln Elementary by teaching the students where their pizza comes from, including math and critical thinking. The lesson concluded with a pizza tasting! 🍕

Ms. Tanya Heuser's class at #WausauSchools Lincoln Elementary School made Dirt Cups. They smashed, and crashed, and got creative! It was a perfect snack for a wintery day!

East Lumberjack Manufacturing student Chloe Nilles from #WausauSchools manufactured a sign for the Boys and Girls Club of Appleton. This project was a combination effort between Lumberjack Manufacturing and the Wausau East SkillsUSA chapter.

Fourth graders from #WausauSchools John Marshall Elementary celebrated collecting the most items during the Peyton's Promise knockdown hunger school-wide competition. Each class was rewarded by throwing a pie at Principal Reiche! 🥧
