After 41yrs 4mts & 25days Sgt. Jeff Pugliese retired on Monday. Sgt. Pugliese started with the WPD in 1980, received numerous commendations & served in many capacities. In 2015 he was awarded the Law Enforcement Congressional Badge of Bravery. Congrats Sarge!!
