Why does Dr need to record actual sex of patient? Some biochemistry is different so need to know sex to recognise abnormality Eg haemoglobin and albumin different m v f Height, BMI etc.need to know sex to understand abnormality. Whether possibly pregnant Sex must be recorded

@Annemarieward on our ADP, there is no public servant who has any knowledge of DA. Finance team set rules, hence cut budgets. But the point of ADPs were to do a cost benefit analysis of each partners, NHS doing (a) may save police funds, or police doing midnight football saves on NHS. All gone

@BrianSpanner1 The quangos are almost Scottish government departments with no political oversight. Might have seemed like a good idea 30 yrs ago, but they are now controlled by cabinet who select their pals to chair them.
