one of my favorite finds in TFBW! an early map idea, which shows a TON of cut areas (marked with X on img 2). there were also some areas that were moved to other locations (marked with yellow -). some areas did return in the danger deck dlc as battle backgrounds. what a shame...

unused ally in TFBW! nichole was going to appear in an unused side mission called token's upgrade. she has 2 attacks; one is a simple melee strike, and the other gives attack up. she has a battle icon too. oh and she sometimes breaks apart.

unused power in TFBW! super craig has a leftover power from the e3 demo named "zero fucks given", which makes him skip the current turn while also giving him shield. it doesn't have an animation, probably because he gives zero fucks about the whole thing.

an early cutscene in TFBW! the new kid and professor chaos go to the freedom pals base. the biggest change here is that the NK enters the base with a keycode. in the final game, you use chaos' haywire ability to get in. the keycode is still in the files though.

a mockup of the cut saw room exists in the files of South Park TFBW! it seems that you would have had to choose who you wanted to save, letting the other die in the process. but the other counselour wouldn't have survived for long, as they would have been killed by the door trap.
