The twitch drops system has been adjusted slightly moving forward, the first drop will require 2 hours watch time, while additional drops from that point onwards will be in 3 hour intervals.

The Elite bonus was listed as a 'Perk'
And you could only reap the benifits of 1 perk at a time.
You had a training station in your hideout where you can switch between unlocked perks

I still feel like we should have a very slight minimal ability to freelock, even if it is just a few degrees to work with..
I really enjoyed being able to quickly freelock up to read the range finder without issue
