There were 162 new cases confirmed in the Waikato today, please see image for locations. The total number of cases during this Waikato outbreak is now 1818 (768 active and 1050 recovered). There are seven COVID-19 positive individuals receiving care in Waikato Hospital.

We're very proud and lucky to have such world-leading experts like @martinkstiles in our DHB. Martin is the lead author on an international paper which sets out the gold standard for investigating sudden unexplained death and sudden cardiac arrest.
