2EB had a fantastic trip to the Saints today to continue their Healthy Living Week celebrations from last week. We enjoyed a fantastic rugby session and a tour of the stadium!

Y5/6 Open Football Tournament. There were 20 schools competing & we made it all the way to the final, just missing out on the win (it went all the way to penalties!). We are so proud of their team spirit & determination. Silver medalists!👏🥈

WPS are celebrating National Careers Week this week. Year 2 were very fortunate to have a visit from a police officer today to learn all about that career. We got to learn what the job involves, look at the equipment they carry and even watched our teachers get 'arrested' 👮♂️
A little while ago, we all created and painted our homemade plastic poppies and now they are all on display in the Library for all of the community to see. Y1 enjoyed making them so much and are so proud that they can be enjoyed by everybody.

Primary learners had a great first dance club session with Ella from ‘StylesStars’ on Friday after school. We are looking forward to seeing a great performance at the end of term.
Congratulations to our EYFS learners who took part in the EYFS multi-sports competition and WON! They each competed in hockey, dribbling, bean bags, long jump, sprint, bowling and football target. Each learner showed fantastic determination and sportsmanship. Well done!
Year 1, 2 and 3 have enjoyed a cricket assembly this morning before taster sessions throughout the day. Even the teachers enjoyed a competitive challenge.
Y1 all had the BEST day at Woburn Safari Park yesterday. The WPS staff had many compliments on how amazingly well behaved all the learners were, which makes us feel very proud and you should be too! They were all superstars! 💫✨🦒🐘🐯
The learners at Acorns holiday club have worked really hard this week creating their own LEGO town. Today they created and edited a video to showcase their creations. Doesn't it look great?! 🙂👍🏻
1RM have been taking part in internet safety activities today. They discussed what the internet is and what devices you can use. They then spoke about how to stay safe online. Some fantastic ideas 1RM!
Congratulations to the learners that took part in sports competitions & festivals this term. The KS1 Football team came 1st in their tournament, the KS2 Football team came 2nd and the KS1 learners competing in the Multi-Skills competition came 3rd. Well done to all.
Well done to our Year 5/6 learners that competed in an Athletics competition this afternoon at Moulton College. We don't know the results yet, but they all did us proud - especially as it was so hot!
1RMe went on an exciting trip to Pizza Express last week as part of a day exploring our local environment. The learners even got to make their very own pizza, we hope they enjoyed them.
Some of our Yr6 learners completed their Level 2 Bikeability course last week with

. They covered a range of cycling skills, as well as knowledge and understanding of the rules of the road. It was great to see their confidence grow over the course of the week! 🚴♂️
2SP are planning their own traditional tale with a twist to write as part of their Writer of the Month. There are some very original ideas, including Goldiman and the Snowy Mountain... 🗻

today! We got to meet Daisy the snake, Gladis & Glenda the African snails, Smithy the tarantula, Tango the tortoise, some HUGE millipedes and a bearded dragon. We loved being able to handle some of the animals and find out about them.

To mark the start of Anti-bullying Week and to celebrate individuality and what makes us unique, our learners our enjoying taking part in ‘Odd Sock Day’.
3CP have been taking part in an afternoon based on Internet Safety. They have been looking at how to behave online. They acted as Mr Rosser and judged each candidate based on their social media profile and how they acted.
1HB/KA have had an amazing morning on the learning bus looking at different fruit and vegetables, we learnt lots and even made our very own delicious smooties.
